When arguing, step down this emotional map to work through your issues. Let one person keep talking, stepping all the way down to loving feelings. Pause, then let the other talk without interruption, until they express their loving feelings also.

This is the ideal scenerio and will be very difficult to follow
most of the time. So use this as just a guide to aim you both in the right direction. This works in the home and globally. We are ALL partially responsible for our collective consciousness by how we respect others.
